FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to have a computer?
No, a computer is not a necessity. You may choose to send your
movements/passports and receive your receipts in any combination of fax or
e-mail eg you could fax information to us and receive receipts by e-mail, do
everything by fax or do everything by e-mail. If you choose to fax
information to us we will provide you with sheets to complete or you may
produce your own printouts for us from your database system as long as all
the necessary information is included.
Will you charge me extra for sorting out problems with
BCMS?
No. There are NO HIDDEN CHARGES. We will even deal with BCMS on your behalf
for any animal you have a problem with, it does not have to have had a
passport obtained through us or a movement notified. Obviously you will have
to give us all the relevant information so we can pass this on to BCMS for
you.
What happens if I use up all my passport application
allowance or movement allowance?
You can either pay the balance to go into the next category of membership
for the remainder of the year or start a new year's membership before the
current one has finished if you have used up your allowance.
Are you linked to any other organisation
No. We are totally independent of any other organisation and also write all
our own software so that we can continue to serve you even if the BCMS
change their systems.
